Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Minimum order is 20 items of the same quantity. However, we offer our first time customers an order exclusive of 10 items.
Shipping is calculated at time of order.
Orders of 75 or more items, will automatically come with free shipping.
The customer is responsible for all associated taxes, duties and fees at customs. Please note we can’t assume responsibility for any damages that may occur during international transit.
All orders require payment prior to delivery. If the order is an exclusive then payment will need to be made in full before production. We accept credit cards, debit cards and BACS payments. No additional credit card processing fees apply. Terms will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Ordering and Delivery Days
Orders can be made by contacting us directly or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We strive to deliver all orders within 7 working days of the order being placed. Occasional delays may happen and you will be notified.
We accept authorised returns, sue to manufacturing defects, damages or shipping errors within 5 business days of receipt of goods. For replacement or credit to your account.We will cover shipping in these cases.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ in new condition, there will be a restocking charge of 15% plus shipping is chargeable to the customer.
We require that retailers sell our products at or above the MSRP, unless special arrangements have been made and agreed upon.
