Harty's Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Wholesale Terms and Conditions

  • Order minimum

    Minimum order is 20 items of the same quantity. However, we offer our first time customers an order exclusive of 10 items.

  • Domestic Shipping

    UK shipping is FREE on every order. The price you see is the total price you will pay.

  • International Shipping

    International shipping is calculated once order has been placed. Please contact us for a quote.

    The customer is responsible for all associated taxes, duties and fees at customs. Please note we can’t assume responsibility for any damages that may occur during international transit.

  • Payment Methods

    All orders require payment prior to delivery. If you are ordering via our Wholesale Portal online store, payment is required at the time of purchase.

    If the order is an exclusive then payment will need to be made in full before production. We accept credit cards, debit cards and BACS payments. No additional credit card processing fees apply. Terms will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Ordering and Delivery Days

    Orders can be made by contacting us directly or emailing [email protected]. We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Turnaround Times

    We strive to deliver all orders within 7 working days of the order being placed. Occasional delays may happen and you will be notified.

  • Returns

    We accept authorised returns, sue to manufacturing defects, damages or shipping errors within 5 business days of receipt of goods. For replacement or credit to your account.We will cover shipping in these cases.

    For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ in new condition, there will be a restocking charge of 15% plus shipping is chargeable to the customer.

  • Wholesale Pricing

    We require that retailers sell our products at or above the MSRP, unless:

    - special arrangements have been made and agreed upon,

    - it is a custom made product. We are happy for you to sell at whatever retail price you feel is suitable for your business.

  • Our Wholesale Portal Online Store

    Once you register with us below and we have confirmed that you are a viable business, you will receive a password that will allow you to browse and purchase from our Wholesale Portal.

    Please note that this password is for your registered business only and any abuse of these rights could result in termination from the portal.
