Care for your wooden boards
To keep your chopping board clean, use a damp cloth with a little soap, rinse and always towel dry. NEVER SOAK, SUBMERGE OR PUT YOUR BOARD IN A DISHWASHER.
Without care your board will dry out. Periodically, or when the wood begins to look dry, apply a small amount of food safe mineral oil or beeswax and allow it to soak in for 15 minutes, then wipe off excess and leave to rest overnight.
